Delivery within the UAE is arranged after order confirmation. GCC delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, and international delivery usually takes 7–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of delivery, provided that the piece remains in its original condition and is returned with its complete packaging and included accessories. Items that have been worn, altered, resized, damaged, engraved, or missing any packaging or accessories cannot be accepted.
Please contact us before returning any item so the condition and return arrangements can be confirmed.
الشحن
يتم ترتيب التوصيل داخل الإمارات بعد تأكيد الطلب. يستغرق الشحن إلى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي عادةً من 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل، والشحن الدولي من 7 إلى 10 أيام عمل، وقد تختلف المدة حسب الوجهة والإجراءات الجمركية.
الإرجاع والاستبدال
يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات المؤهلة خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام، بشرط بقاء القطعة بحالتها الأصلية وإعادتها مع البكج وكامل الملحقات. لا تُقبل القطع المستخدمة أو المعدّلة أو التي تم تغيير قياسها أو نقشها أو إتلافها، ولا القطع الناقصة من التغليف أو الملحقات.
